Travel Pressures

The pressure of doing a trip to the fullest. The pressure to do every activity that the city is famous for. The pressure to book every activity & accommodation at the cheapest rate. I do understand that it is a privilege to have many people share their insights on travel online. Helps us all learn before we do the travel ourselves. Though when it comes to planning a trip, it can get overwhelming. There is too many people providing the best itinerary or the cheapest way to get a ticket for an guided tour or event. Many times the person will even phrase it to be that you did it wrong if you did not do it their way. Keep in mind that it may not be perfect, but to enjoy the trip for what you make it!  If you did not book the best guided tour, or choose not to visit one of the famous statues, you still went to the city and enjoyed yourself. Remember to step outside the planning and the purpose of the trip is being some place different and enjoying your time away from normal life.

Every traveler is different and each traveler has a different style. One style is to be inside shopping, eating and socializing. Another style is to walk everywhere and take in all the sights, walking into a restaurant when it catches your eye as you pass it. This means every itinerary is tailored to the style of that traveler(s). Remember that the hard part is booking it and just starting your selections. As long as you book that trip, you’ve done great! As much as we plan and want the perfect itinerary, do not let society pressures make you feel doubt about your plan or how you did your vacation. Just be proud you booked the trip and got out there!
